Newly established awards presented on Oct. 26th
- Honourary Board Membership
Awarded to Tim Aubry who sat on the Steering Committee from 1995 to 2012 - 17 years, recognised for both for his leadership and research expertise! Tim continues contributing as Chair of the Research and Evaluation Working Group.
Awarded to Connie Woloschuk who was there at the start of ATEH in 1995 participating on the Steering Committee until 2010 - 15 years, recognised for leadership and sector expertise!
- Lifetime ATEH Membership for Community Members
Awarded to Terrie Meehan who was recognised for her significant contribution to the work of the Alliance as a long-time member of the Public Affairs Working Group, including being its past chair and of the Steering Committee as a member and now as a Director.
Awarded to Paddy Fuller who was recognised for his significant contribution to the work of the Alliance over many years, for contributing his research expertise to the work of the Research and Evaluation Working Group and most especially for his contributions to the annual Report Card on Ending Homelessness in Ottawa.

Early Outcomes from the At Home / Chez Soi Demonstration Project
Guest Speaker: Tim Aubry - PowerPoint Presentation
The presentation on the early outcomes of the At Home / Chez Soi Demonstration Project, a pan-Canadian study evaluating the effectiveness of Housing First for people with severe and persistent mental illness and a history of homelessness. Tim Aubry is the Chairholder of the Faculty Research Chair in Community Mental Health and Homelessness. Dr. Tim Aubry is a Full Professor in the School of Psychology and Director and Senior Researcher at the Centre for Research on Educational and Community Services at the University of Ottawa. He is currently holder of the Faculty of Social Sciences Research Chair in Community Mental Health and Homelessness. Over the course of his career, Dr. Aubry has collaborated on research projects with community organizations and government at all levels, contributing to the development of effective social programs and policies. He is currently a Member of the National Research Team and the Co-Lead of the Moncton site in the multi-site Mental Health and Homelessness Demonstration Project of the Mental Health Commission of Canada. As well, he is the Co-Principal Investigator of the Housing and Health in Transition study, a longitudinal multi-city study investigating the relationship of health status with housing transitions. Dr. Aubry teaches graduate courses at the University of Ottawa in community psychology and program evaluation.
Tim Aubry is also well known for his contributions to the Alliance to End Homelessness Ottawa as the current Chair of its Research and Evaluation Working Group and his participation for 17 years as a member of the Alliance Steering Committee.
